Windows can be placed high on walls (clerestory windows) to maximize light penetration and minimize glare.

2. Skylights:

Skylights, also referred to as light transmitting panels, it can provide natural light and can also contribute to energy conservation by letting in more heat in the winter and reflecting heat in the summer.
