The steel warehouse we built is focusing on the dual needs of industrial production and cargo storage, with "prefabrication, efficiency, and greening" as the design core. The entire project adopts a steel structure building system, fully utilizing the advantages of high strength, light weight, and short construction period of steel structure materials. At the same time, it integrates the industrial production concept of prefabricated buildings, realizing the prefabricated components in the factory and rapid assembly on site, greatly improving construction efficiency and engineering quality, and creating a modern industrial building benchmark that combines practicality and economy.

Main components:
1. Primary and secondary structure: As the core skeleton of steel structure buildings, both the primary and secondary structures of this project are made of high-strength steel.
a.Main structure: portal frame structure, Q355B grade H-section steel columns and rafters. After prefabrication and processing in the factory, they are assembly on site, which can effectively meet the needs of large-scale equipment installation, cargo stacking, and vehicle passage in the factory building. The main structural nodes are connected by high-strength bolts, with high splicing accuracy and strong bearing capacity, which can withstand earthquakes of magnitude 8 and strong winds of magnitude 10, ensuring the long-term safety of the building.
b.Secondary structure: including purlins, support systems, and tie beam, providing auxiliary support and overall stability for the main structure.
3.Roof and wall coverage: anti rust, waterproofing and anti-seepage
A.Roof system: single steel sheet+PVC glass wool insulation,the roof design with out gutters and downspouts to ensure rapid drainage of rainwater and prevent water accumulation and leakage.
B.Wall system: same like roof, steel sheet+PVC glass wool insulation
4.Window & Door: balancing practicality and safety, adapting to industrial needs,
A.Door:industrial roller shutter doors, with electric remote control, flexible opening, meeting the entry and exit requirements of large trucks and equipment.
B.aluminum alloy glass windows, mainly for natural lighting in the factory building, reduces energy consumption for artificial lighting.

Core advantages of the project
a. High degree of prefabrication: The core components such as primary and secondary structures, roof and wall coverage, doors and windows are all prefabricated in the factory, and only need to be assembled on site. The construction period is shortened by 40% compared to traditional concrete factories, greatly reducing the impact of on-site construction on the environment.
b.Excellent structural performance: The steel structure has high strength, good toughness, strong seismic and wind resistance, and light weight, which can reduce the investment in foundation engineering. At the same time, the steel can be recycled and reused, which is in line with the concept of green building.
c.Strong functional adaptability: Through reasonable structural design and roof and wall coverage system configuration, it meets the large-span and large space requirements of industrial production, while improving insulation, waterproofing, ventilation and other functions to enhance user comfort.
d.Outstanding economic performance: Mass production of prefabricated components reduces costs, shortens construction periods, reduces labor and management expenses, and steel structure buildings are easy to maintain in the later stage, with a long service life and high comprehensive cost-effectiveness.
