There are two general types of finishes for steel buildings: galvanized and painted. What is the difference between them?

Galvanized steel structure：

Disadvantage: Need to go to professional galvanizing company to galvanize, the cost is higher.

Painted steel structure:

Advantage:Economical price, rich color selection, can be well with the surrounding environment to match the color

Disadvantage: The surface is easy to peel off and requires frequent maintenance. The corrosion resistance of painted steel structures is far less than that of hot-dip galvanized steel, and the life cycle is shorter than that of galvanized steel structures, which is generally suitable for indoor or drier environments.
