For steel structure buildings, there are two ways to connect the purlin cleat to the column& rafter: welding or bolt connection
Purlin cleat weld to column & rafter: this way has high connection stiffness, good integrity, low cost, and can effectively transfer loads, but will need more container space, and easy damage during transport
Purlin bolt with column & rafter: this can save container space and reduce damage during transport, but the node stiffness is relatively low and the cost is slightly higher (need bolts)
