PPGI roofing sheet and wall sheet

For the prefabricated steel structure industrial building roof and wall clading normally use PPGI sheet for roofing sheet and wall sheet.

The normall type of roofing sheet and wall sheet we use if as following:

YX25-210-840 for roof	YX15-225-900 for wall
Roof Corrrugated PPGI Sheet Advantage: Load≈5500sqm per container ,itself cheaper Disadvantage: No insulation will hot ,noise when rainFor more panel wave options, please inquire!>>>>>>>	Wall Corrrugated PPGI Sheet Advantage:Load≈5500sqm per container ,itself cheaper Disadvantage: No insulation will hot ,not looks nice for office etc Residential buildings

1)Price

Cheaper < middile (such as Guanzhou Brand) < high quality (such as Baoshan brand)  we normally use guanzhou or equal

2)paint coating thickness( top and bottom surface total)

Around 15μm(mark in file 20μm) < 20μm(mark in file 27μm) < 25μm( mark 28μm）

3)zinc coating( top and bottom surface total g/m2)

Around 12g (mark in file 20g/m2) < 40g(mark in file60g/m2) < 60g(mark in file 90g)

4)Approx use life in normal environment not too wet not too Acid-base etc

Around 5~15 years < 15~20 year s< 20~25years

1)0.55 mm : is it the real thickness or there is a tolerance ? 

guanzhou add paint total 0.55, baoshan will more thicker

2)Wide : 0.840 m : can you send me CLEAR scheme of profile?

 3)Tell me RAL of standard colors  ?

white , blue,red,gray,sliver gray as following: (other color  need special order )

4)Tell me RAL. corlor for back side ???  

white ,or white gray, this two is similar corlor

1)0.55 mm : is it the real thickness or there is a tolerance ?Wide : 0.840 m : can you send me CLEAR scheme of profile?

• I remember there is a profile 0.9 m for wall cladding, and can we use 0.5 mm thickness? If yes give me price please  same price,because row material all 1meter width ? Then 5.08 USD for 0.9 mm effective wide. Is this profile common and easy to reach, yes V840 and V900 is common, price all for effective width x1meter, 
• Tell me RAL of standart colors,Tell me RAL for back side,What is MOQ? For this profile?
